How It Works
Our shipping policy is simple. If you order a custom, one-of-a-kind piece it takes 4-8 weeks to build and ship out to you. If you order an item already made then it ships immediately. Please allow for 1-2 weeks on already built products.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
All custom orders are non-refundable and unexchangable. All items that are damaged are will be exchanged for the same item. Please check all orders on delivery. There is a 14 day return/exchange policy. We do not except refunds due to the nature of our products. Please contact us for any questions; for your satisfaction is our goal.
